Plastic Bio Balls for aquarium water filtration. Bio Balls are specifically designed for Wet / Dry filters and they are optimal for large volume / capacity filtration systems. Bio ball design provides large surface are for nitrobacteria while ensuring easy water flow and simultaneous exposure to air (oxygen). Plastic bio balls do not gather dirt and they are very light unlike ceramic filtration materials, hence they are optimal for large volume Wet / Dry filters.
